Never got rewards
We stay at the Drury Inn in Greenville SC but somehow there is a disconnect between our stays and rewards. We never earned points or any rewards during our stays. We previously came due to our visits to the Shriners Hospital but have not been for a while since my son aged out of the hospital. I do love the hotel. I'm just sad that I never got the rewards that were earned.
